VE/RA is one of techno’s most electrifying rising stars, captivating audiences with her high-energy sets and relentless, driving sound. Her journey into electronic music began in her early twenties, and from the moment she touched the decks, there was no turning back. After completing her studies in Food Technology, she fully immersed herself in music, honing her craft at renowned institutions such as the Herman Brood Academy, Tomorrowland Academy, and Pro DJ School.
Just as her career was taking off, the world shut down due to the pandemic. Instead of slowing down, VE/RA turned this challenge into an opportunity—perfecting her skills through countless livestreams and house parties. While she explored various styles, her heart belonged to techno, and she committed fully to making her mark on the genre.
Her breakout moment came with Love & Peace, a collaboration with Rocketman that hit #1 on the Beatport Hype Charts and gained support from Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Adam Beyer, and more. Later on, she made her Drumcode debut with Can’t Get Enough, followed by Hypnotized on CODEX, Dance Therapy on Filth On Acid, Shouldn't know on Arcane and No One Else on Exhale. Supported by Reinier Zonneveld, Eli Brown.
On stage, VE/RA is a force to be reckoned with, delivering unforgettable performances at some of the world’s top festivals and clubs. She has already lit up stages at Tomorrowland, EDC Mexico, Free Your Mind, Mysteryland, Marquee Singapore and Ritter Butzke sharing the booth with techno titans like Reinier Zonneveld, Nina Kraviz, Alignment, I Hate Models, 999999999, and T78.
With unstoppable energy and an ever-growing arsenal of explosive releases, VE/RA is shaping the future of peak-time techno. And this is just the beginning.
